🔁 Returns

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  Your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition you received it.

We do not accept returns on goods sold past their Best Before Date.
King’s Lynn Discounts operates as a Best Before stock retailer, meaning many items are sold at discounted prices due to approaching or passed best before dates. These dates are about quality, not safety — and items are still safe to consume unless stated otherwise.

🚚 Return Process

   Email us at admin@kingslynndiscounts.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.

   If eligible, we’ll provide return instructions, including the return address.

   Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
   

Note: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please allow time for your bank or provider to complete the transaction.

🛠️ Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and a description. We’ll offer a replacement, refund, or store credit — whichever you prefer.
